Bindaree Outdoor Education is a private company that has been inspiring youth through the delivery of nature based outdoor education programs for over 35 years. We partner with schools and organisations to create life-changing journey-based outdoor experiences across Victoria and beyond.

The Role
As Program Coordinator, you’ll lead the planning and execution of exceptional journey-based camp programs. This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to ensure every program exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.

Plan, manage, and operate school camp programs.

Oversee logistics, safety, and participant wellbeing.

Lead and mentor staff teams.

Assist with compliance and risk management

We are Seeking
A passionate leader in outdoor education with:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven experience in program planning, management, and team leadership.

A track record in activity safety, remote first aid, and risk management.

Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

A strong team mindset

Essential Qualifications (or willingness to obtain):

Cert IV or above (or equivalent experience) in Outdoor Recreation.

Wilderness First Aid + CPR.

Working with Children Check.

Current Driver’s License (light rigid license preferred).
