Production Operator - Forklift & General Factory Labouring & Production Worker | Thomastown

We're on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on Production Operators to join a busy manufacturing team in Thomastown. This is a physically active role involving general factory and warehouse labouring, cleaning, shifting materials, Basic machine operating and supporting trades with tools like pressure washers and air guns.

🕒 Hours:

Monday to Friday - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Saturday work optional

$32.23 per hour + Overtime

Full-time hours - Ongoing work

What You'll Be Doing:

General labouring across the factory floor

Operating pressure washers and air guns

Cleaning and shifting materials

Assisting trades as required

Occasional forklift work

Key Requirements:

Must be reliable and follow instructions

Physically fit and not afraid of hard work

Forklift licence preferred (but not essential)

Experience in manufacturing/factory work is advantageous

Shows initiative and can work independently

Driver's licence and own reliable transport (Car or Ebike)

Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

Able to commit to 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday

Must be willing to undergo a blood test on Day 1 and every 6 weeks (paid by the client)

Please note:

This role is not suitable for those uncomfortable with blood tests.
