Forklift and Production Operator
Exciting opportunity to join a global chemical company as a hands-on Production and Forklift Operator!

Who will you be working with?
Our client is a leading, global chemical manufacturing business with a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and safety, who partner with key industries such as automotive, aerospace, and construction to provide high-performance surface treatment solutions. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join their production team as a Forklift and Production Operator.

Duties of the role include (but are not limited to):
• Weigh, mix, and package chemical products according to written batch instructions
• Prepare raw materials and packaging for production
• Operate a forklift to load/unload vehicles and move stock
• Assist with warehousing and dispatch activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work area
• Report safety incidents or risks promptly to management
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety initiatives, and team communication
• Support general production tasks as directed by the Plant Manager

Essential skills and requirements:
• Forklift licence – current and valid
• Basic knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling and storage
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment preferred
• A proactive attitude towards safety, teamwork, and communication
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
