The Linfox Willawong team are currently looking for an experienced forklift operator with adequate knowledge of warehousing processes and procedures.

Shift Time: 6:30am start - Monday to Friday - Min 4 hours per shift, max 7.5 hours per shift depending on daily operational requirements

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: Day: $39.42

Tasks include but not limited to

- Loading, unloading, moving, stacking and staging products and materials using a Forklift, or other non-specialised-materials handling equipment

- High reach forklift operation (pallet pick and putaway)

- Single Tyne and Twin Tyne Counterbalance operation (loading and unloading trucks)

- Re-working pallets (re-stack cartons, wrap pallets, re-label)

- Case picking and pallet consolidation

- Working in warehouse environments ranging from -18 degrees, +0-4 degrees, +16 degrees, and ambient temperatures.

- Basic use of a PC

- Use of RF Scanner

- Assisting in physical inventories and ensuring proper stock rotation

- Sorting, scanning and noting of products that move through the distribution facility

- Maintaining a clean, neat and orderly work area, conducting operations in a manner that promotes safety

- Keeping appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained

- Preparation and receipt of appropriate documentation

- Put away, replenishment and retrieval of goods to and from specific warehouse areas

- Operation of non-licensed equipment and manual tasks associated with packaging operations

- Valid LF License Essential

- Valid Police Check

- Medical clearance prior to commencement

- Steel Cap Boots & High Vis

- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and guidelines
