As a Training Systems Officer in the Air Force, you’ll provide expert advice in contemporary learning techniques, training management and quality assurance to enhance ADF training systems. You’ll work in support of diverse adult education and Vocational Education and Training (VET) related roles, and with subject matter experts to analyse, design, and evaluate training to meet workplace needs.
Your duties may include:
Learning analysis and identification of learning requirements
Evaluation and reporting of training effectiveness
Assurance of training quality and standards
Instructional and training management roles in ADF environments
Implementation and integration of new learning technologies
Development and maintenance of innovative training policy and strategy
Provision of specialist education and training advice
Leadership and command roles in Air Force training units.

Upon completion of initial military and employment training, you will enjoy a salary package starting from $93,973.
Location
Following training, you may be posted to one of the major Air Force bases around Australia, such as RAAF Base Amberley, Williamtown, or Edinburgh.
