The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we're seeking skilled tradespeople to join our team of 12 professional installers. You'll work on a variety of domestic and commercial projects, installing high-quality blinds, awnings, curtains, and security products.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in installing blinds, curtains, awnings, security doors, window films, or timber shutters
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of building construction
• Ability to perform strong fixing methods and quality installations
• Positive attitude with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Commitment to providing quality customer service
• Experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or similar trades is highly regarded

What We Offer

Full-Time Employee Option

• Competitive Salary Package: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

Traineeship Program (alternate option)

Work Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Some weekend work during peak seasons (summer and pre-Christmas)
• Overtime Opportunities Available
