Disability Support Worker – Elevated Living Support!

Salary: $30-40 per hour based on experience/qualifications

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals living with disabilities. This role is all about helping clients achieve independence, engage in the community, and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility support

- Support clients with social activities, community participation, and skill development

- Provide emotional support and companionship

- Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation and light cleaning

- Administer medication and follow individual care plans

- Encourage independence and advocate for clients’ needs

What We’re Looking For:

- A kind, patient, and empathetic nature

- Previous experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (preferred)

- First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)

- Driver’s license and reliable transport (if required for community support)
