What's on Offer?

• Structured Support - Start with zero clients in Week 1, shadow in Weeks 2-3, then have your caseload gradually increase from there
• Weekly 1:1 supervision, team case conferences, and lots of mentorship.
• Capped Travel: Clients grouped near home to minimise travel
• Flexible Schedule - Start as late as 10AM, finish by 5:30PM. Choose a standard 5 day week or 9-day fortnight.
• Professional Development Allowance - $1500 annually
• Low KPI Targets - between 20-25 depending on your experience level with a focus on support
• Supportive Culture - Be part of a tight-knit, expanding team. Monthly team building, quarterly socials, and guidance from a 7-year Clinical Lead.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Drivers license
