About the Role

We are excited to be recruiting for a hardworking and motivated cash room processor to support our busy team in the Perth Office.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Processing of physical cash and coin
• Maintain accurate processing records to maintain and verify daily balancing
• Reconciliation and balancing daily
• Identifying counterfeit and unfit currency
• Liaising with internal stakeholders such as the executive team management team and operational staff
• greeting clients and contractors
• Adhering to strict security and operational procedures
• Ensuring compliance with relevant WH&S policies and procedures
• Ad- hoc duties as required

The successful applicant will have the following:

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• High level of honesty and integrity
• High level of physical fitness as the role requires repetitive movement of cash
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Natural tendency for attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work in a small team or autonomously
• National Police check (or willing to obtain)
• Credit check (or willing to obtain)

Potential for Part-time and Full-time roles depending on the availability and business requirements.
