We are currently looking for an Exploration Geologist to join Xenith's Exploration & Generative Services team to support a highly valued client in the Hunter Valley.

Requirements of the Role:

Bachelor of Science, majoring in Geology

Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred, including experience with:

Managing drill rigs, data collection, collation and finalisation;

Supervising and directing exploration contractors to deliver the Principal's exploration program;

Coordinating sampling, sample storage and sample logistics;

Managing site clearance and site rehabilitation;

Data validation and internal Reporting.

An overarching commitment to safety and zero harm policies.

The ability to consult and negotiate win/win outcomes and manage effective partnering relationships both internally and externally

The role will involve interaction with a wide spectrum of stakeholders, so relationship management will be the key to your success.
