About The Positions

Bartender Main Tasks

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages with speed and precision.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and creating a warm, welcoming environment.

• Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance with licensing laws.

• Assist with preparing the bar for service and completing closing procedures efficiently.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and provide support where needed.

• Handle cash and transactions accurately and responsibly.

• Stay updated on the bar menu, including cocktail recipes and any special offerings, to confidently answer guest inquiries.

Bottle Service Hostess

• Greet guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and inviting first impression.

• Facilitate smooth admissions and guide guests through the venue experience.

• Provide vibrant bottle service, showcasing energy and enthusiasm while meeting guest needs.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing service area at all times.

• Monitor and restock supplies, ensuring everything needed for service is readily available.

• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and compliance regulations, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff.

• Assist in setting up for service and executing efficient closing procedures.
