JRsCoffee Lounge is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista/Cafe all rounder to join our vibrant team in Drysdale, VIC 3222. In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee and cafe beverages. What you'll be doing

Preparing a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to a consistently high standard

Providing friendly and attentive customer service to all patrons

Assisting with food preparation and help in the kitchen as needed

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to health and safety regulations

Contributing to a positive team dynamic and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar cafe/hospitality role

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing a high-quality customer experience
