The Role:

We currently have a vacancy at HW Greenham for a Maintenance Electrician and Rendering Electrician at our Tongala processing facility. This facility has been in operation for over 30 years and processes large numbers of cattle, much of which is destined for export markets. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor the successful candidate must have the ability to:

• Complete effective fault finding and diagnostic activities.
• Undertake both preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Be flexible with your hours of work as much of the maintenance activity occurs outside of normal operating hours, including weekend work, Shift work- Days/Afternoon.

You Will Have:

• Knowledge and understanding in Allen-Bradley PLC's, electrical automation, electric motor controls, VSDs and relay logics.
• Demonstrable knowledge and application of safe working practices in your daily work
• A current A grade Electrical Licence.
• Maintenance experience working in a food processing and/or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Effective communication and strong computer skills (MS applications).
• Attention to detail and gain satisfaction from getting things done right, first time
