We are looking for a reliable, hands-on team player to help us install, maintain, and build billboards across regional Queensland. If you enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a close-knit team, this could be the role for you.

About the Role

As part of our operations team, you'll be involved in:

· Installing advertising on billboards across regional Queensland

· Assisting in the construction and maintenance of billboard structures

· General site work, including vegetation management

· Operating and maintaining tools, vehicles, and machinery

· Travelling regularly (with some overnight stays)

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who:

· Has a strong work ethic and thrives in a small team environment

· Is physically capable and enjoys outdoor work

· Is comfortable working at heights (using EWPs and ladders)

· Holds a manual C Class Driver’s Licence and is confident behind the wheel

· Can commit to several nights away from home each month

Bonus Points If You Have Any of The Following: (not mandatory)

· HC/MC Heavy Vehicle Licence

· C6 Crane Ticket

· Dogger (DG) Licence

· Forklift Licence (LF)

· GCIT – General Construction Induction Training Card (White Card)

· Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Ticket

· Working at Heights Ticket

· First Aid Certificate (with CPR)

· Construction and/or welding experience

· 4WD/off-road driving experience

What We Offer

· Full-time position with competitive salary: $50K–$70K p.a. (depending on experience/qualifications)
