About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALPHA-H in Helensvale, Queensland. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfilment of our customer orders.

What you'll be doing

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth and timely order processing

Adhering to all health, safety and security protocols

Assisting with inventory management and stock control as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar pick and pack or warehouse role

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse processes

A positive, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn
