Maintenance Electrician – Static Commercial Site

Full-time | $90,000 – $110,000 + Super | Commercial Maintenance

We are recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join a national FM team supporting a brand-new, purpose-built commercial facility in Tullamarine. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on both preventative and corrective electrical maintenance across a single high-spec site in the life sciences sector. You’ll work closely with a maintenance planner and a team of technicians to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient outcomes. Full Australian working rights are essential.

What you’ll be doing:

Perform electrical preventative maintenance and corrective repairs

Troubleshoot and resolve faults in building systems

Maintain electrical records and compliance documentation

Assist with small-scale installations and lighting maintenance

Collaborate with planning team to prioritise and execute tasks

Respond to emergency situations and escalate where required

Ensure compliance with WHS procedures and Australian standards

What you’ll need:

Current and valid VIC A-Grade Electrical Licence

Experience with electrical maintenance in commercial environments

Strong understanding of AS3001

White Card or equivalent OH&S certification

Valid Driver’s Licence

Full working rights in Australia
