The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Junior / Trainee Technician to join our Newcastle team.

This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm) is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, is eager to learn, and thrives in a supportive team environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assembly and setup of print and imaging equipment

• Installing software and performing initial configuration on devices

• Carrying out basic tests and inspections to ensure equipment is functioning correctly

• Supporting the technical team with on-site and in-office service tasks

• Maintaining accurate records of tasks and work completed

What we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn – no prior experience needed!

• An interest in technology and how things work

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A proactive approach and good attention to detail

• A current driver’s licence
