We are currently seeking a personable and experienced General Dentist to join a highly reputable and well-established private dental practice in the Camp Hill area. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values long-term stability, a supportive team culture, and a steady flow of patients in a thriving suburban clinic.

About the Role:

3-4 days per week (days negotiable, excluding Tuesday)

One evening shift per week (last appointment at 7:00pm)

No weekend work - enjoy your Saturdays!

40% of billings

Employee-only role (not contractor/ABN)

Key Benefits:

pro-rata base salary (retainer), paid fortnightly

Bonus top-up to 40% commission paid monthly (by the second Wednesday)

5 weeks of paid leave per year, suitable for CPD, holidays or rest

Established patient base with consistent demand

Ideal Candidate:

3+ years post-graduate experience preferred, but strong candidates outside this range will still be considered

Strong clinical skills across all general dental treatments

Excellent communication and patient rapport

Committed to ongoing development and contributing positively to a team environment

• AHPRA General registration
