You will be walking into the full books of the principal dentists who want to cut down their hours. Thus, you will be walking into full books with high earning potential.

This position will ideally start in June/July 2025, but we are happy to be flexible for the right candidate. Experience is necessary. This position will be 2-4 days between our two locations: Beerwah and Little Mountain.

Your Family Dental Beerwah and Little Mountain are modern, family-run dental practice in the stunning Sunshine Coast, which is one of the most picturesque coastal areas in Australia. The Sunshine Coast is close to pristine beaches, a vibrant local culture, and a warm, subtropical climate year-round.

Our goal is to provide the full range of dentistry under one roof including general dentistry, implant surgery, orthodontics (braces and aligners), botox and fillers, IV sedation. The practices are ideally located on a main street and within a shopping plaza, and thus we have a healthy number of new patients.

We highly value professional development and upskilling of our clinicians. Thus, we run exclusive internal CPD within our group of practices. Most recently we had Dr Jimmy Hsiao (periodontist) presenting on ridge preservation to our dentists at a local restaurant.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should:

Have a current registration with AHPRA and professional indemnity insurance.

Minimum of two years of experience in general dentistry.

Have interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to make patients feel at ease.

Be committed to ongoing professional development.

You will be working alongside many experienced dentists with differing interests and specialized skills. So, if you wanted to develop your niche skillset, we would always encourage internal referrals and receive mentorship to allow you to hone your skillset. However, if you wanted to be an excellent all-rounder general dentist you will be equally supported by us.
