About the role

Underwood Auto Repairs' is seeking a Qualified Mechanic to join our team in Underwood, Queensland. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair within a well-established automotive business.

What you'll be doing

Perform a range of mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles

Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using the latest tools and technologies

Carry out scheduled servicing and inspections to the highest quality standards

Maintain detailed records of all work performed

Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients

Contribute to a safe and efficient workshop environment

What we're looking for

Qualified mechanic with a Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology or equivalent

Extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A valid driver's licence and own tools
