About the role

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Sales Assistant to join our team at Adelaide Hatters - located in the beautiful Adelaide Arcade.

This is a casual role, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. As a Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with professionalism, and a positive attitude

Providing product knowledge and recommendations to help customers find the perfect hat

Maintaining a clean and organised store environment

Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and payments

Unpacking, restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

Supporting the store manager with other tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a face to face customer service or retail role, preferably in the fashion or accessories industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers

Ability to learn and retain product knowledge and with a keen eye for detail

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment
