Full time or Part-Time Equipment Hire Assistant – $30–$35/hr (Carrum Downs, VIC) We’re a small but busy equipment hire and supplies business based in Carrum Downs, and we’re on the lookout for a reliable and hands-on team member to join us in a 25-40hr per week role. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering and collecting hire equipment. Near new company van (Automatic transmission).
• Cleaning, maintaining, and prepping gear for hire
• Providing basic equipment tutorials to customers
• Assisting with minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse and stock duties
• Liaising with customers throughout the hire process
• Work phone provided

What We’re Looking For:
• A valid VIC driver’s licence
• Someone who lives locally (must be near Carrum Downs)
• Fluent English and good communication skills
• Some mechanical experience or confidence using basic tools
• A positive, can-do attitude — willing to get your hands dirty and keen to learn
• Access to your own vehicle to get to and from factory at Carrum Downs
• ABN required
