• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation

• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and safety regulations

• Lead, train, and supervise staff to deliver top-tier service

• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently

• Track sales, analyse performance, and drive business growth

• Liaise with suppliers and coordinate deliveries

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in retail management (grocery and/or liquor preferred)

• Knowledge of liquor regulations and compliance standards

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of POS systems and stock management tools
