As an Appliance Service Technician at Queensland Appliances, you will be responsible for providing expert repair and maintenance services for a wide range of household appliances. Working as a field technician you will be a key part of our team, ensuring our customers receive prompt and reliable assistance to get their appliances back up and running. What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances including dishwashers, ovens, washing machines etc.

Perform installations for new and replacement appliances

Provide exceptional customer service, offering guidance and advice to customers

Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

Dedicated in-house admin team picks and orders your parts

Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in appliance repair or a related trade - Cert III Appliance Servicing

Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience as an appliance service technician

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Commitment to safety and quality standards
