As a Full-Time Chef at "La Pasta Fatta in Casa & La Pizza Napoletana shop at il Mercato Centrale," you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive and high-performing work environment.
2. Customer Experience: Guarantee an exceptional dining experience for our guests by maintaining impeccable food standards, authenticity and high quality.
3. Financial Management: Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, control costs, and contribute to profit maximization.
4. Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service consistency, reflecting the authentic taste of Italian cuisine.
5. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
6. Staff Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing training opportunities for staff, ensuring they stay updated on the latest industry trends.

We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
1. Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and leading a team within the restaurant industry.
2. Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and staff.
3. Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to the financial success of the restaurant.
4. Italian Cuisine Expertise: Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine and a passion for showcasing the authentic flavors of Italy.
5. Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making skills and the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef role within the hospitality industry.
-Certificate IV in Commercial cookery
In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine.
Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
