Please note that as this position is multi-classed as either an AHA3 or AHA2, the classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.

Allied and Community Health Service
Our Allied and Community Health Teams are multi-disciplinary teams who work together towards the common goal of improving health outcomes of our community members. Services are based in Port Augusta and Whyalla, with regular outreach clinics held in Roxby Downs, Quorn, Hawker, Maree and Leigh Creek. We offer a wide range of centre-based, in-home and community-based services to people of all ages and tailor our services to best meet our client needs. - Scholarships may be available to undertake a Certificate of Rural General Practice/Graduate Diploma of Rural Generalist Practice via the Allied Health Rural Generalist Pathway (AHRGP) Rural Generalist Program - JCU Australia
- Access to contextual Aboriginal Cultural Awareness Training (specific to the region) and access to Aboriginal Liaison Officers and Aboriginal Health Practitioners
- Links with Rural Support Service (RSS) – for useful resources and professional support and/or Clinical Governance

About You:
AHA3
- Certificate 4 in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent.
- Experience working in a service environment.
AHA2
- Hold or be working towards Certificate 3 in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent.
- Experience working in a service environment.
