About the role

As a Used Vehicle Sales Executive at JPM Motors', you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales of high-quality pre-owned vehicles. This full-time role is based in our Maddington, Western Australia dealership and offers the chance to work with a leading automotive retailer.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences

Demonstrating and test-driving pre-owned vehicles to highlight their features and benefits

Negotiating prices and closing sales in a professional and transparent manner

Maintaining detailed product knowledge to make informed recommendations

Proactively generating sales leads and follow-ups through various channels

Ensuring the presentation of our cars and dealership are to the very highest standard

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to maximise sales opportunities

Extensive knowledge of pre-owned vehicle features, specifications and market trends

A driven, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
