About the Role:

We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team servicing clients with mental health diagnosis in SIL accomodation.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

Facilitate and implement individualised support plans in real-time.

Provide personal care and assistance to meet daily living needs.

Foster social participation and community inclusion through effective communication and positive role modeling.

Empower clients to achieve their personal goals and maintain a fulfilling lifestyle.

Work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts, to ensure consistent and reliable care.

Essential Requirements:

NDIS worker check

NDIS worker orientation module

NDIS working with children check

First aid and CPR certificates

Medication and manual handling certificates

Current police check

Australian driver’s license

Infection control & hand hygiene certificates

Certificate III in Individual Support Disability/Aged Care or related studies

Range of availability especially in the early mornings, afternoons and evenings

Desirable Requirements:

Experience working with participants with mental health diagnosis

Past experience as a disability support worker or similar role
