VMware Engineer

• Deploy and manage VMware environments, including virtual machines, hosts, and vCenter systems to support business operations.
• Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure high availability.
• Apply updates and security patches to keep the virtual infrastructure secure and compliant with IT standards.

Middleware Support Engineer - Oracle Fusion

• Support Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as WebLogic and SOA Suite to ensure smooth integration between business applications.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to system performance, connectivity, and application errors.
• Handle software patching, upgrades, and configuration changes, while working closely with application and database teams.

Azure PaaS and SaaS Engineer

• Manage cloud services such as Azure App Services, Logic Apps, and Microsoft 365, ensuring they run smoothly and securely.
• Monitor usage and system performance, fix errors, and provide support for users and internal teams.
• Automate routine tasks using tools like PowerShell or Azure CLI to improve efficiency and reliability.

On-Prem Storage Engineer

• Maintain and support enterprise storage systems, including SAN and NAS, ensuring data is safely stored and easily accessible.
• Perform regular backups, restores, and performance tuning to reduce risk of data loss and improve access speed.
• Troubleshoot hardware and storage-related issues, working with other IT teams to support business needs.
