What Makes a Difference for Us

AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 3 - 5 years post-grad experience in Coronary Care or Intensive Care (highly regarded) or 3 - 5 years post-grad experience in medical or surgical acute nursing care

Hold or currently be working towards a post graduate certificate in critical care nursing (highly regarded)

Experience with mechanical ventilation and or renal dialysis (highly regarded)

Clinical confidence, clear communication, and a team-first mindset

A drive to deliver exceptional care in high-pressure environments

Able to work a 24/7 rotating roster

A calm, team-oriented approach in high-pressure situations

Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills

A commitment to reflective practice, safety, and patient-centred care
