We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our bakery team on a full-time basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, packaging, and merchandising fresh bakery products while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of fresh bread, rolls, pastries, and other baked goods.

Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain product quality, appearance, and freshness throughout the day.

Stock and replenish bakery displays while following product rotation guidelines.

Assist customers with bakery orders and respond to inquiries courteously and professionally.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and displays.

Assist with inventory control and receiving bakery deliveries.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation environment preferred.

Ability to work early mornings.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team environment.
