The Child Wellbeing Centre is a well-established paediatric practice with locations in Bayswater and Midland, committed to supporting the development and wellbeing of children, adolescents, and their families. About the Role
As part of our Psychological Services team, you will deliver assessments and therapy to children and adolescents across a broad range of presentations. You’ll be supported by clinical supervision, a collaborative team, and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based, client-centred psychological assessment and therapy
Work closely with speech pathologists and occupational therapists to provide integrated care
Maintain clear and timely documentation
Manage a varied paediatric caseload
Liaise with families, GPs, paediatricians, psychiatrists, and educators
Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and supervision
About you
You’re a thoughtful and skilled clinician who enjoys working with children and values being part of a multidisciplinary team. You bring curiosity, care, and professionalism to your work and are committed to ongoing learning.
You’ll need:
Registration with AHPRA (General, Clinical or Counselling)
Experience working with children and/or adolescents
A strong understanding of evidence-based assessment and intervention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
A commitment to ongoing professional learning and collaboration
