We are a private, family owned company which is passionate about delivering high quality allied health and disability supports across Sydney. Our organisation is owner-operated by a qualified Psychologist and Chartered Accountant who actively manage the day-to-day running and maintain a close relationship with staff, families, and the community. Our head office is based in Parramatta and we are looking for a reliable practitioner to join our team.

We are seeking the following allied health professionals to join our team on a full time/part time basis:

Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist

Main responsibilities:

Improve the wellbeing of people with disability through the delivery of services that are quality, evidence and human rights based

Deliver person catered services by working with families and their support networks gathering insights, building understanding and sharing knowledge

Delivery of therapeutic services within the resources and hours presented within participants’ individual plan

Working with children and adults

Collaborate as a member of a multidisciplinary team

Manage a mixed caseload with varied needs

Deliver holistic healthcare and the ability to liaise with other allied health professionals.

Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner

Liaison with NDIS service providers and plan managers

Establish effective and collaborative relationships with all staff, parents, carers, volunteers and other service providers and relevant community members or organisations to ensure their participation in planning, decision making and reporting

Maintain accurate records

Skills and experience:

Driven, energetic and professional qualities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to demonstrate your skills and experience in a multidisciplinary team

Passion for supporting people with disabilities and their families in our local community

Experience with NDIS (preferred but not necessary)

An understanding of the NDIS framework and working within a fee for service model is desired

Strong organisational skills

Be computer literate and familiar with using customer record systems

Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements:

AHPRA Registered and Tertiary qualification in relevant field

Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) or willingness to obtain one.

Current NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.

Current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel as required.
