About the role

This program commencing mid 2025, offers the opportunity for you to consolidate and apply theoretical knowledge by developing skills in a variety of clinical rotations through our Mental Health team areas.
The Occupational Therapy Graduate is a supernumerary position within our mental health services with dedicated study time and access to our Occupational Therapy Educator.
Position overview
- Employment Type: Full-time (80 hours per fortnight), Fixed term 12 month position
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Occupational Therapist Grade 1, Level 3
- Salary: $72,363.20 pro rata, plus superannuation
This position is eligible for an incentive payment for rent, childcare, relocation costs and more, as part of the new workforce and incentive grants program administered by Rural Agency Workforce Victoria (RWAV) up to $10,000.

With support from an OT educator and peer buddy, they will participate in rotations, complete evidence-based competencies, and collaborate across disciplines to enhance their professional practice.
