SustainHealth is proud to be a preferred agency supplier to Calvary Health. This position is in the ACT to recruit a Critical Care Nurse Unit Manager, a fantastic opportunity if you're looking to step up or continue into management.

The Role:

• Permanent full time position
• Located in the ACT
• Working for a private hospital
• Paying up to $70.92 per hour
• The Critical care unit has 8 beds, including 1x HDU, 1x CCU and 2x new ICU beds
• Managing ANUM's, RN's and EN's

About You:

• Have at least 5 years' experience working in critical care environment
• Must have or be willing to obtain ALS
• Ideal if you have experience across managing budgets and rosters
• You will be required to work with the DON in regards to strategic direction
• Have strong communication, clinical and leadership skills
• You will be required to have AHPRA
• You will be required to have full working rights
• Ideal if you are ventilation competent
