About the Role

You’ll be joining a dynamic and supportive Employment Law team led by Daniel Bean, a seasoned practitioner with expertise in employment disputes, workplace investigations, and strategic advisory work. Daniel represents a diverse client base — from start-ups to major corporate and government bodies — across sectors including hospitality, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, enterprise agreements, and executive contracts, while building strong client relationships and developing your legal career in a collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

Experienced in employment law (minimum 2-3 years PQE)

Confident working independently, with guidance from senior lawyers

An excellent communicator, both written and verbal

Client-focused and commercially minded

A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
