We’ve got major shutdowns coming in hot, working on some of the largest equipment in the industry. We’re currently seeking people who want to actually do the work. The type who get pumped by the sound of hydraulic pressure and feel strangely emotional watching a freshly fabricated structural beam go into place. You know who you are.

These roles offer successive scopes that’ll fast-track your understanding of how the Newcastle construction scene really ticks - the logistics, the speed, the sheer scale of it all. There’s significant overtime available (nightshift, weekends, even the odd sunrise weld if that’s your thing), and for the right people, there’s ongoing work with a crew that actually gives a damn about who you are and what you bring to the table.

We're chasing Boilermakers and Fitters with the papers and pride to match, and Riggers with high-risk licences and the mindset to keep things moving safely and efficiently. You'll need Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets (issued within the last two years), a White Card, and the ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
