About us

We at Technical Soccer Tuition specialize in providing a quality technical development program to aspiring players. Established in 2006. We focus on footwork, 1v1,s , rondo's and small sided games (2v2/ 3v3). We are not a club. We do not do team type training.It is technical (touch combined with intelligence) training aiming to give players the tools to excel in tight spaces. Players start with us at 8 years old, and are still with us at 15 years old.

Qualifications & experience

Working with Children Check (WWC)

Strong soccer background (who understands footwork and using space)

MUST be able to get to Camberwell (Mel, Vic, Aus) every Saturday afternoon (during school term time)

A coaching style that nurtures a young player's 'love for the game and desire to improve'.

Excellent communication skills and a high level of patience, essential for effectively interacting with children, and creating a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Understands child development principles and age-appropriate coaching techniques, ensuring that training sessions are suitable for the physical development of young players.

Tasks & responsibilities

Preparing and implementing technical sessions [within the TST framework].

Managing a session for 4-8 players per group.

Ensuring all kids feel welcome and part of the team.

Be attentive at all times throughout the session.

Be loud and enthusiastic.

Reliable, Punctual, presentable, professional.

Ensuring the safety of all children at all times.

Available to work on Saturday afternoons during school term.
