• Manage a portfolio of up to 170 properties
• Take ownership of maintenance, inspections, lease renewals, and rent reviews
• Liaise professionally with both landlords and tenants
• Report directly to an engaged and approachable Director
• Work with industry-leading systems: PropertyMe, Inspection Express, and IRE

ABOUT YOU:

• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Minimum 12 months' experience managing a residential property portfolio
• Polished communication and strong attention to detail
• Current Police Check (within 6 months)
• Full driver’s license and reliable vehicle
