A Grade Earthworks are seeking skilled Excavator (50t +) and Dozer (D8) operators to join the team as part of the Lumsden Point project located in Port Hedland. This is a FIFO role on a 19/9 roster flying out of Perth.

Necessary experience:

Operating CAT D8 dozer or equivalent for bulk earth moving

Experience operating 50t+ up to 90t excavator

Experience operating long reach excavator (up to 22m reach)

GPS use (Trimble and Topcon)

Carrying out pre-starts, basic machine maintenance, and reporting defects

Following site-specific safety procedures and complying with WHS standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

5+ years experience

Verification of Competency (VOC)

Current & Valid Driver's License

Exceptional safety focus and great communication skills

Ability to follow directions from Supervision

Ability to work in a team and work unsupervised

Qualifications & experience:

Construction white card

Relevant tickets

Driver's License (HR preferred)

5 years' minimum experience with relevant work references

Candidate must have a strong understanding of plant operation

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
