SUMMARY:

Store: Taree West

Role: All Rounder- Coffee, Kitchen hand, Stocker and Console Operator

Days: Early starts with availability from 4am-9:30pm M-F and 5:30am-9:30pm Weekends.

Hours: 24 hours per week. MUST be able to commit to these hours. If you cannot, please do not apply.

Pay range: $27-38/hr

Are you an early morning person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Would you like your work day done by lunch time?

We're looking for an experienced all rounder to join our team. If you have a passion for coffee, food and customer service, this might be for you. Structured online and on the job training provided. There is also an opportunity to take on supervisor responsibilities for the right person.

Responsibilities:

Provides exceptional customer service

Works in a clean, hygienic and OHS environment

Performs the console operator’s role, kitchen hand role, stocker role and barista role with efficiency, accuracy and within OHS guidelines.

Desirable:

Prior kitchen hand, barista and customer service experience (training can be provided for the right person)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive atmosphere

Reliable with own transport - able to get there 4am/5:30am for early starts
