A Role That’s Actually Designed Around You
Our client is a small but mighty team based in Charlestown. They offer more than just good pay and professional development, (because everybody does that now, right?) —they offer a workplace that feels good. That means no KPIs, strong admin support, time to do meaningful work, and a genuinely supportive culture that values flexibility and wellbeing.
We’re on the lookout for a Occupational Therapist or OT Allied Health Assistant (4th Year) who’s passionate about helping people reach their full potential. You’ll be supporting clients across the lifespan with a range of complex mental health conditions in diverse settings—their lovely clinic, at home, school, and in the community.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting people with a variety of needs and backgrounds using an holistic, person-centred approach
They support NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants, Medicare, and private patients, with a focus on holistic, client-centered care.
Conducting functional assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions and maintaining accurate and professional clinical documentation
Managing your own caseload with the freedom to structure your days in a way that suits your lifestyle
Working collaboratively: Regular team meetings, interdisciplinary collaboration, and strong administrative support mean you’re never working alone.
What Sets Us Apart
Every Friday Off – Enjoy a 4-day work week without the catch
Zero KPIs – We trust your clinical judgement, not a numbers target
Truly Balanced Diaries – We’ll never overload your schedule
Tight-knit Team Vibe – Supportive, warm, and big on collaboration
Admin That’s Got Your Back – So you can focus on your clients
Flexibility – Work the hours that fit your life
Dedicated Staff Development Days – Plus PD funding and peer supervision
Central Location – Surrounded by shops and cafes, with everything you need nearby to tick off your life admin on your lunch break
Lovely Clinic – Light-filled, calm and uplifting
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally with NDIS or community mental health
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
Why Apply?
We’re not here to churn through caseloads—we’re here to build people up. Our clinicians are valued for more than just their qualifications; we care about who you are and how you work best. You’ll have a voice in how we grow, and the freedom to shape a role that fits you. OTs with curiosity, compassion, and a sense of humour are especially encouraged to apply.
