Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse - Scrub Scout to join our perioperative services team on a permanent part-time basis. As an Enrolled Nurse - Scrub Scout, your responsibilities will include:
· Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN
· Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
· Act as a role model for Safe Practice
· Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy
Essential Criteria:
· Current Registration with AHPRA
· Minimum 1-year acute experience
· Med and IV endorsed
· Commitment to Quality Patient Care
· Compliance with ACSQHC National standards
· Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Works well independently and within a team

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Healthscope - Queensland - Nurses Enterprise Agreement " (salaries range between $36.17 and $39.78 per hour + superannuation).

Applicants will be required to provide a current National Police check, WWCC (where applicable) and Evidence of right to work in Australia prior to appointment. Staff in patient contact roles will be required to provide proof of immunity to specified infectious diseases as a Category A Healthcare worker.
