Consulting Earth Scientists Pty Ltd is an environmental, geotechnical and geological consultancy providing specialist services in the areas of geotechnical engineering, mining and exploration, contaminated ground investigation and remediation, environmental monitoring and landfill development and engineering. We are looking for ambitious and energetic environmental scientists with a high level of experience to join our growing company in our Sydney Office.

You will use and develop your technical skills and experience to deliver existing contracts and to help develop new business. Applicants must have:

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Consulting experience in contaminated site investigation and remediation and experience in environmental monitoring programming, fieldwork and reporting.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in the preparation of tenders and proposals.
• Ability to work in a close-knit team environment.
• A high degree of self-motivation.
• Lots of enthusiasm.
• Must have permission / permit to work in Australia.
• Salary competitive to experience starting from $75,000 plus superannuation.

Job Duties:

Entrusted with the execution of environmental monitoring programs, including the collection and analysis of samples, deriving insights and identifying environmental trends, meeting the discerning needs of clients engaged in diverse sectors, including landfills, mines, industries, and other activities susceptible to environmental contaminations risks.

Qualification Requirement: Bachelor Degree or above in Environmental Management.

Experience Requirement: At least 2 years relevant experience required.
