AWX is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join the team at the Narangba facility. This role requires confidence and competence in starting, running, and stopping machinery in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate high-speed packaging machinery safely and efficiently
• Start-up, monitor, and shut down machines as required
• Perform basic troubleshooting and quality checks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Adhere to all OH&S and company policies

About You:
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing or production
• Mechanically minded with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Available for full-time ongoing shifts (rotating or fixed)
• Forklift licence is a bonus but not essential

Shifts Available:
• Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm ($30.13/hr)
• Afternoon Shift: 2:50pm - 11:00pm ($34.65/hr)
• Night Shift: 10:50pm - 7:00am ($39.17/hr) - starting in a few weeks
