Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our close knit team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work autonomously, read and interpret plans accurately, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and showcase your skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret joinery plans.

Construct, assemble, and prepare joinery items for installation.

Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively regarding project requirements.

Assist in the smooth operation of the factory, including taking deliveries, maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a qualified Cabinet Maker (Cert III in Cabinetmaking or equivalent)

Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with various woodworking tools and machinery, including panel saw, edge bander, thicknesser etc.
