As they continue to invest in the performance and longevity of their property assets, they’re looking to connect with a senior-level professional who can provide operational oversight and team leadership within a decentralised property function.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-site environment, brings strong people leadership, and has experience driving compliance and service outcomes across internal and contracted teams.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Overseeing maintenance coordination and asset performance across multiple sites.
• Supporting and mentoring a team of property or operations professionals across different regions.
• Leading the delivery of essential services through third-party providers and ensuring service continuity.
• Enhancing systems and processes around compliance, preventative maintenance, and contractor engagement.
• Working closely with internal teams to support broader operational and organisational outcomes.

Your Experience

• A strong track record in property operations, building compliance, or facilities coordination.
• Experience managing and developing a team, ideally in a multi-location or mobile workforce environment.
• Confident managing service providers and contractors and ensuring value through those partnerships.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks, asset management planning, or capital project coordination will be highly regarded.
• Exceptional communication and relationship skills, with a calm and solutions-focused leadership style.
