Are you a highly skilled, safety-focused, and experienced roofer with a proven track record in solar panel installations? We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Solar Roofer to join our thriving team in Ormeau.

Experience is ESSENTIAL for this role. Applications with no prior roofing or solar installation experience will NOT be assessed.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of solar panel mounting systems and panels on a variety of residential and commercial rooftops across Ormeau and the wider Gold Coast region. This is a hands-on position where your expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will directly contribute to the success of our renewable energy projects.

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated roofing experience: Specifically in residential and/or commercial roofing.

* Proven experience in solar panel installation: This includes mounting systems, panel placement, and associated roofing work.

* Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card): Non-negotiable for working on construction sites.

* Ability to work safely and confidently at heights.

* Strong understanding of roof types and structures.

* Exceptional work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills: You'll be an integral part of our installation crew.

* Valid Driver's License and reliable transport: To get to various job sites.

* Your own basic roofing tools (advantageous).
