About the role
AA TUTORS PTY LTS' is seeking an experienced English Teacher and Special Needs Teacher to join our team on a contract basis. This role will be based in Double Bay, NSW 2028. As an English Teacher and Special Needs Teacher, you will play a crucial part in supporting primary and secondary school students and helping them reach their full academic potential.
What you'll be doing
Delivering engaging and tailored English lessons to a range of secondary school students
Providing specialised support and tutoring for students with additional learning needs
Developing and implementing individualised learning plans to cater to each student's unique requirements
Collaborating with parents, teachers and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
Maintaining detailed records of student progress and communicating this effectively
Contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching methods and resources
What we're looking for
Relevant teaching qualifications and experience, with a strong background in English and special education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate students
Creativity and adaptability to engage students with diverse learning needs
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective teaching strategies
A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for education
