Lucas Total Contract Solutions (Lucas TCS) is proud to announce the successful award of a long-term mining contract. We are now seeking experienced Production Digger Operators (Liebherr R9200) and Dozer Operators (D9-D10) to join our operations team.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience operating production machinery (Excavators & Dozers).

Preferably a current HR license.

Experience working a combination of day and night shifts.

Commitment to roster schedules, including 14:7 or 7:7:7 with the possibility of moving to a 2:2 roster

Strong safety mindset and a demonstrated history of safe operating practices.

Pride in your work and your machine’s upkeep.

A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work collaboratively.

Ability to pass a comprehensive medical and provide a current police check.
